Our refund policy applies to paid membership plans only. We do not take commissions on deals made through our platform, so there are no transaction fees to refund. All refund requests are reviewed individually by our support team.

How to Request a Refund

Review Process

Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days to verify eligibility based on our refund policy.

STEP 3

Decision

You'll receive an email with the decision. Approved refunds are confirmed with a reference number.

STEP 4

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made outside the specified refund window
  • Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Cases where premium features were substantially used
  • Promotional or discounted plans unless required by law
  • Partial month refunds for monthly plans
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team
